	ما برا اين باوريم که : اولين مسئوليت ما جلب رضايت مشتري است . محصولات توليدي شرکت بايد همواره داراي مشخصه هاي مورد نظر مشتري و قابليت اعتماد مطابق با استانداردهاي رايج و خواست مشتريانمان باشد . بايد تلاش کنيم که آنها را با کيفيت بهتر و قيمت مناسبتر و در زمان مورد انتظار عرضه کنيم . سازمان ما بايد بکوشد با تلاش همه جانبه ساختار کيفيت خويش را با بهبود مستمر ، ارتقا بخشد و خواست به حق مشتري را همواره تضمين نمايد .

Products manufactured by the firm should always enjoy the features , wich a customer looks for and they should be reliable according to current standards as his wants. We must attempt to deliver them with higher quality , mor economic price and in expected time . Through all - out efforts and continuous imporovement , our firm must try to promote its quality structure, always guaranteeing customers legitimate wants.
	دومين مسئوليت ما در قبال همکارانمان است . ما موظفيم با تضمين امنيت شغلي و ايجاد فضاي کاري مناسب ، محيطي صميمي ايجاد نمائيم تا در اين فضا با پيروي از سياست تشويق و قدرداني امکان پيشرفت براي افراد لايق و با استعداد را فراهم نمائيم . ما بايد بکوشيم با تعليم و آزموزش مستمر در کليه زمينه ها توانمندي و ارتقا دانش علمي و روحيه همبستگي و فداکاري را در سازمان خود ارتقا داده تا همه کارکنان ما از کاري که انجام مي دهند ، رشدي که مي کنند و ثمره اي که مي برند احساس لذت و سربلندي کرده و به کار خود اميدوار باشند . همچنين ما موظفيم امکانات کاري و تجهيزات مورد نياز فعاليتهاي شرکت را تامين و تهيه نمائيم
